Hope is a Muscle
Several years ago, I made a pledge to do everything in my ability to empower others to find their true selves. Tarot is powerful tool, not just for introspection and divination, but also something even more important: believing in yourself.
What is Tarot?
Short answer? Tarot is whatever you want it to be.
It can be simple or complex. It can be all unicorns and butterflies or it can be death and despair.
It can be art. Poetry. Prose. You can use it to create, channel, speak to the Divine, or as a journaling companion. It can be entirely scientific, spiritual, or religious, or maybe even all of the above.
You can learn as you go or you can read every book available.
The word “journey” is so over-used these days. But it’s appropriate in our self-actualizing, customized, individualist culture. Your journey is your own. I’m only here to prepare you, give you some pointers, show you some guideposts, and then maybe check in here and there along the way.

Join my Discord (coming soon!)
Connect with other Tarot Souls and practice many activities I have outlined in my blog! This is a great way to learn, share, connect, and grease those gears!

Personal Reading
My style is compassionate while still hitting hard truths when necessary. My readings empower you to make your own choices instead of letting the Tarot tell you what to do.

Tarot Lessons
Book 1-on-1 lessons or sign up for a group lesson (you can also get a few friends to join you!) There is much you can read on the internet, but you can’t beat the spontaneity, creativity, and epiphanies of a LIVE lesson.

Asking Tarot the Right Questions
With open-ended questions, however, Tarot can help map out your surroundings, see what is ahead (in the current conditions) gain insights on what has already happened, etc, so that you can overcome obstacles, jump into new opportunities, make positive connections, and reach your highest potential!

4 of Cups and Growing Through Conflict
Diving into Haindl’s 4 of Cups with some help from Rachel Pollack, the I Ching, and John O’Donohue. Scroll to the bottom for an original layout! Popular versions of this card, based off the Waite-Smith deck, depict a young person sitting and looking forlorn. Common interpretations say the figure has a general dissatisfaction in life…
